Second Edition of Cuale Festival Underway
From January 22, the second edition of the Cuale Festival Culture in Motion, is being held on the island of the same name in downtown Puerto Vallarta. The festival’s second edition is made possible by the joint efforts of Cuale Island merchants and local authorities, among them the City’s Art and Culture Department and the City Council’s Culture Commission.
