Mago Ortiz Celebrates 20 Years of Continued Success

Margarita Ortiz celebrated 20 years of success of her cosmetics company with a breakfast at the convention room of the Canto del Sol Hotel last June 20.
The event drew a large turnout of personalities from the politics and business scenes of Puerto Vallarta. They all came to congratulate the respected businesswoman on such a significant date.
The City Hall, represented by Mayor Javier Bravo presented Mago Ortiz with a recognition plaque for her outstanding achievements in her life as a businesswoman.
During the event, recognition was made of Ana Maria Flores, a Puerto Vallarta woman who has worked tirelessly in favor of the city’s noble causes. She has also distinguished herself as an active promoter of the destination on an international level.
Ana Maria, overwhelmed by emotions, received recognition plaques from DIF System, Coparmex, the San Juan Diego Asylum Board, CEDECUS and Mag’Ortiz.
In such a momentous occasion, Mag’Ortiz Beauty Line officially launched its new image and a new line of products for men, thus marking an important milestone in the company’s history, since it had traditionally focused on the feminine market.
During breakfast, the Vallardance dance company gave a performance with two Arab dances and a number just for women, danced by four cowboys that reaped enormous acclaim from the ladies in the audience.
An exotic bird show followed, with various species of macaws, in an effort to raise awareness on preservation of the military macaw.
A surprise gift giveaway marked the end of the event.
