Bicentennial Art Contests Award Ceremony
OOn Friday, July 2, the City of Puerto Vallarta, through the Board of the Bicentennial Festivities, recognized the winners of the Bicentennial Art Contests Liber’Arte and 2010 Poster Contest
Professor Ana Carina Cibrian, Chairwoman of the Bicentennial Festivities Board, had words of commendation for the artists, on their talent, which shows in every line, color and image full of life that was recognized by the panel of judges”.
