The Zone Comes to Puerto Vallarta
The well-known concept of Dr. Sears’ The Zone has come to Puerto Vallarta. Its new, modern and comfortable facilities are located on Maria Montessori Street, just a couple of blocks from Hospital San Javier.
Last Saturday we were invited for a tour of the facilities of this new concept in Puerto Vallarta, and we marveled at what prevention and a healthy lifestyle can do for wellbeing and beauty.
The new Center for Integral Health and Beauty “The Zone” focuses mainly on prevention as a way to maintain an ideal health, and to education and information to trigger a complete change in lifestyle that will reflect in a better self image and higher self esteem.
This new center puts at your service its various zones: Consultation zone, active zone, relax zone and visual zone, each with a specific purpose; but when together they result in an integral vision of healthy life.
One of the most important features of The Zone is a highly personalized service and care, from the conviction that it is on the basis of specific meal plans and therapies for each person that the ideal of beauty and health can be reached.
Doctor Beatriz Perez Flores and therapists Cindy Espino Rojano and Sofia Janette Alatorre were gracious hosts during our visit at The Zone, and kindly briefed us on this new concept that is bound to transform lives.
