Last weekend, local media representatives attended a dinner party held in the ballrooms of the Casa Magna Marriott Hotel, invited by Marketing and Public Relations Manager Lourdes Bizarro.

The gastronomic theme was complemented by the ballroom décor, which included light effects, color changes in coordination with the changes of images projected on a giant screen, thus creating the mood for tasting and celebration.
Awarded Executive Chef Fred Ruiz, with great display of creativity, designed a menu to express these contrasting elements in dishes combining temperatures, warm and cold shades, by using very special ingredients; which results in great flavors of hot and cold meals that were rewarded with an ovation by those in attendance. Chef Ruiz shared the ovation with Sous-chef Kelvin Valenzuela and Pastry Chef Mauricio Romero, whose participation was key to bring about such a successful dinner as was offered to the local media.
